Daniel is a Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Capitol Bridge based in Arlington, Virginia. Daniel leads the business development teams and provides subject matter expertise, leadership and insight in the development of innovative strategies for program management at both the State and National level. Prior to joining Capitol Bridge, Daniel served as a consultant and workforce development policy expert for MAXIMUS.
Daniel also served as a Senior Policy Advisor to Employment and Training Administration Assistant Secretary. As a political appointee at the Department of Labor, Daniel was responsible for the development of executive level briefing materials and research materials for the Secretary of Labor, Deputy Secretary of Labor, White House Leadership and other federal agencies. Daniel proudly represented the Employment and Training Administration in the development of SGA’s, Backlog reduction efforts, complex program development and served as the principal representative of the Assistant Secretary to the Department of Commerce, Small Business Agency, and the White House Office of Science and Technology.
Daniel Currently serves as Chairman of the Arlington and Alexandria Workforce Development Council and Member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Workforce Development.
Born and raised in Alamosa, Colorado; Daniel received his B.A. at the University of Denver and MPM from The George Washington University.
